About service in Aurora

Aurora, Colorado, sits on the eastern edge of the Denver metro and is one of the largest cities in the state. Unlike most Colorado cities, it spans three counties: most of it lies in Arapahoe and Adams counties, with a small portion in Douglas County. That split matters, because county services and some rules change depending on which side of a line your address falls on.

The city grew outward from older neighborhoods along East Colfax Avenue, where compact postwar homes and apartment buildings line the streets near Hoffman Heights and the original town center. Farther south and east, newer subdivisions such as Saddle Rock, Tallyn's Reach and Murphy Creek spread across open high plains toward E-470 and beyond, and large master-planned communities are still being built on the far east side.

Major employers include the Anschutz Medical Campus, built on the former Fitzsimons Army base, and Buckley Space Force Base. Cherry Creek State Park borders the city to the southwest, and Aurora Reservoir lies on the southeast side. Like the rest of the Front Range, Aurora sees hail in late spring and summer, snow in winter and many sunny, dry days in between, plus clay soils that can shift under foundations and driveways.

Haul & Hygiene has no Aurora office, yard or trucks. We coordinate with independent haulers and sanitation providers serving east metro addresses. Terms vary by provider. See Aurora dumpster rental, Aurora porta potty rental or other Colorado locations.
