The request process

Every booking follows the same path, whichever service you choose.

  1. You submit a request

Share the service, ZIP code, dates and project type by calling us.

  2. We match providers

We send the request to independent providers that cover your area and offer the equipment you need.

  3. The provider confirms

The provider confirms availability, the price, what is included (rental days, weight allowance or service visits) and any permit needs.

  4. Delivery and service

The provider delivers, services and picks up the equipment, then bills you under its own terms.

Who sets the price

The provider sets the price. Costs depend on local disposal fees, distance, equipment type and duration, so we do not publish one national price list. Our dumpster pricing guide and porta potty pricing guide explain what drives the quote.

What to have ready when you call

A two-minute call is enough to get a quote moving if you have these details:

  • The service: dumpster, portable toilets, or both.
  • The delivery ZIP code and the exact spot for placement (driveway, street, job site, field).
  • Your dates: delivery day, pickup day, or event hours.
  • For dumpsters: the type of debris and a rough idea of the volume. Mention heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, roofing or brick.
  • For portable toilets: crew size or guest count, event length, and whether food or alcohol will be served.
  • Access details: gates, slopes, soft ground, overhead wires, or tight turns.

If something goes wrong

Contact the provider first about delivery timing, damage or billing. If you can't resolve it, contact us and we will help escalate. We also use that feedback when deciding which providers receive future requests.

How providers are chosen

We send requests to independent haulers and sanitation companies that serve the requested area and offer the equipment needed. Licensing and insurance requirements for hauling and sanitation work vary by state and city, and they are held by the provider who performs the work. Ask the provider for a certificate of insurance when you book, especially for commercial and municipal jobs.
